Bill’s construction career began in 1972, when he worked for the North Carolina Department of Transportation building secondary roads. That was followed by a consulting position with DeLeuw-Cather Engineering Firm developing construction and maintenance budgets for major public works facilities. After relocating to Florida in 1979, Bill was involved in both residential and commercial contracting throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties as a principal in his own general contracting company. He served as Project Manager for Oriole Homes and directed the construction of 1,900 single and multifamily residences and project amenities.
The most recent work with Altman Development as the Field Principal Representative on a two-tower (23-story and 9-story) Fort Lauderdale luxury condominium apartment complex finished in 2010.
Bill is a licensed General Contractor in Florida and holds the same license for Virginia. He is a LEED certified professional and member of Associated Builders and Contractors in South Florida.
Bill has lived in Delray Beach since 1978. He is active in his community association. Bill has been a serving Rotarian in Boca Raton for over 25 years, performing many community service projects.<< Back to Our Team
